Case Study (Design for print)
The Society and its 19 regional clubs market some 12,000 breeding rams through 35 sales throughout the UK. We have been working for the Society for 8 years and have completed many projects including the annual Breed Journal a 300-page production summarising the year in images and text.

Thoughts & Ideas
We drafted up some ideas of front covers and page layouts.
Finalising The Design
Once approved, we got to work on ironing out the little details and choosing the final versions of layouts.
Design & Build
We created the journal using a mix of Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign, utilising a fresh and unique approach.
Texel needed their journal done to give them a creative edge, they wanted something that stood out from the crowd and showed off their brand in a cohesive way.
They needed quite a large journal at 300 pages which would summarise the year in the form of text and images.
Having worked with Texel before, we were well equipped for the job and had a good knowledge of their brand guidelines and the journal quickly came together with a very cohesive feel throughout.
We saw what Ghost was doing For The British Limousin Cattle Society and how they had raised their profile in such a limited timeframe. Our business directly parallels theirs in many ways so I asked for an introduction. They have taken our brand to the next level and continue to produce high-quality design that keeps us ahead of our competition.
