If somebody had asked this question only a few years ago, the answer would have been straightforward. Artificial intelligence simply wasn’t capable of producing anything that could genuinely be described as thoughtful logo design. It could analyse images, recognise patterns and automate repetitive tasks, but creativity still felt reassuringly human.

Ask three different companies how much a website costs and you may receive three completely different answers. One might quote £1,000, another £5,000 and a third £15,000. To somebody outside the industry, this can feel needlessly confusing. After all, each supplier appears to be offering broadly the same thing: a collection of pages that people can visit online.

There is a question that quietly frustrates almost every business owner at some point. “Our website looks good… so why isn’t anybody getting in touch?” The assumption is usually the same. If the phone isn’t ringing and the contact forms remain empty, the website must not be getting enough visitors. It seems like a logical conclusion. Yet it is often the wrong one.
