The old site lacked general appeal and was not well optimised for mobile, they wanted a site less clunky and easily usable and accessible no matter the device or browser. The navigation stretched to three lines and the training courses didn't meet the mark of the professional services they provide on a day to day basis. They needed a website that better reflected the businesses core offerings and the companies branding.
The new site with a fresh look and feel, utilises a much more understandable and easily recognisable navigation that makes the user journey a lot easier. With an on brand style, the website captures the essence of FSMs offerings and gives the information to users in a very digestible way. The use of contact pop-up forms on the training course pages was a highlight feature to cut out extra steps in the user journey and refine the user experience to ensure they can optimise conversions.
